Two BETTER FINANCE Members amongst renewed Investment Management Standing Committee Consultative Working Group (CWG) of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA)

BETTER FINANCE is pleased to announce that two of its members have been selected for the renewal of the Investment Management Standing Committee Consultative Working Group (CWG). Jean Medernach – President of Investas in Luxemburg and Jean Berthon (President of GAIPARE and Vice-President of BETTER FINANCE) have been selected for a renewable term of two years and will be working on issues related to collective investment management, covering both harmonised and non-harmonised investment funds, developing technical standards, preparing advice to the EC, or developing guidelines and recommendations relating to UCITS and AIFMD.
