With 17 user-side expert members from among its ranks in the ESAs’ Stakeholder Groups (SGS), and vice-chairing two of the SGs, BETTER FINANCE and its member organisations remain the main provider of user side experts and continue to lead the effort to further foster the involvement of consumers and retail users in the design of EU financial services policies and supervision.
