In the period 2005-2008, driven by their race for profit, banks have launched credits not complying with responsible crediting principles by means of aggressive, sometimes even misleading campaigns. We are talking about credits in CHF, and also other types of credits. Some borrowers who could no longer pay their monthly installments, caught up by despair, have resorted to the ultimate gesture, have committed suicide leaving behind grieving families. The uncompromising position of the banks, their lack of empathy, as well as any customer-oriented approach have finally led to such dramas. We hereby present you with a film summarizing a couple of tragedies brought to the public attention by the TV newscasts.
